Returns, Exchanges & Complaints

Any damaged items must be returned within 14 days.

Under no circumstances should items be continued to be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for justified damages.

If an item is not suitable or you wish to exchange, you must return it within 14 days. Postage fees will not be reimbursed. If you wish not to return by post, you may come to my trade stand at shows listed to exchange. Please call before hand to check the item you require is in stock.

Price Changes & VAT
Every effort is made to maintain the prices quoted on this website but this is not always possible. We reserve the right therefore, to discontinue any item from this list and change prices as and when necessary. Prices shown include VAT where applicable.
